I’ve spent my career communicating to large audiences, in media, in government, and on the ground in the auto industry.
As a City Councillor in Windsor, I deal with complex issues every day, infrastructure, housing, public services, and I’m responsible for making those decisions understandable to residents, stakeholders, and the media.
Before that, I worked in a highly competitive cross-border radio market, where results were clear. If the messaging worked, audiences grew. At 89X, we built one of the top-performing stations in the region.
I’ve also worked on the production line with Stellantis, so I understand how large operations actually function, and how communication lands with the people doing the work. I understand both leadership priorities and frontline workforce realities, and how communication breaks down when those two disconnect.
I bring that perspective into every role, aligning leadership messaging with real-world impact.
